Miami Worldcenter’s lifestyle-driven “high-street” retail component is a major highlight of the 27-acre master plan, designed to offer a vibrant and engaging environment. Spanning approximately 300,000 square feet, this retail space includes a diverse mix of shopping, food and beverage, and entertainment options.

The open-air shopping promenade, which runs North and South from Northeast 10th Street to Northeast 7th Street and between Northeast 1st and 2nd Avenues, creates a dynamic and accessible area for visitors and residents alike. This promenade is designed to foster a sense of community and connectivity, providing a pleasant pedestrian experience.

At the heart of the development is a large public plaza, which is envisioned as a central gathering place. The development team has already made significant progress, with 150,000 square feet of retail space completed and another 130,000 square feet currently under construction and nearing delivery.
