The Coto family, runs the large Coto Supermarkets chain in Argentina, with development projects in Latin America and Europe. Their $3 Billion per year business empire is one of the reasons that they will be financing their own construction for this project.

G and G Business Developments - is the Coto family’s real estate arm - paid $125 million for 1.25-acre, the last remaining property on the river with 700 linear feet on the Bay- in 2014.

G and G and partners Aston Martin, together with the cooperation of architects Luis Revuelta and Ricardo Miani have designed and created the dynamic and cutting edge sail-shaped building at the mouth of the Miami River.
