The name Aston Martin was established in 1914. The brand became the ultimate icon when Sean Connery first appears at the wheel of a Silver Birch DB5 in the 1964 James Bond movie Goldfinger. THE DEVELOPER
The Coto family, runs the large Coto Supermarkets chain in Argentina, with development projects in Latin America and Europe. Their $3 Billion per year business empire is one of the reasons that they will be financing their own construction for this project.
G and G Business Developments – is the Coto family’s real estate arm – paid $125 million for 1.25-acre, the last remaining property on the river with 700 linear feet on the Bay- in 2014.
G and G and partners Aston Martin, together with the cooperation of architects Luis Revuelta and Ricardo Miani have designed and created the dynamic and cutting edge sail-shaped building at the mouth of the Miami River.
