Continuum Company has officially broken ground on its latest high-end condominium development, the Continuum Club & Residences in North Bay Village. Designed by the renowned Arquitectonica, the 32-story glass tower is set to redefine the Miami skyline with its sleek, curvaceous aesthetic.
The project, which has already garnered significant interest, saw 48% of its residences sold before the groundbreaking ceremony. Once completed, the tower will feature 198 luxury residences and penthouses, with unit sizes ranging from 800 to 4,000 square feet. This development underscores the growing appeal of North Bay Village as an emerging destination for upscale waterfront living.
A Vision for North Bay Village’s Future
Ian Bruce Eichner, Chairman and CEO of Continuum Company, expressed his excitement about the project’s potential:
“North Bay Village reminds me of what I saw South of Fifth in the beginning, an emerging neighborhood that would ultimately become the destination that it is today.”
Allie Eichner, President of Continuum Florida, echoed this sentiment, stating:
“We do Miami living better than anyone.”
