Terra, a prominent South Florida developer, in collaboration with internationally acclaimed wellness brand THE WELL, has unveiled plans for THE WELL Coconut Grove, a $650 million wellness-focused residential and membership community in Miami.
Located at 2835 Tigertail Avenue in the historic Coconut Grove neighborhood, the development is set to feature 194 meticulously crafted residences across eight floors, offering one- to four-bedroom layouts ranging from 960 to 4,200 square feet, with prices starting at $1.5 million.
Designed by renowned architecture firm Arquitectonica, with interiors by Meyer Davis, THE WELL Coconut Grove emphasizes holistic wellness through its design and amenities. Residences will feature spacious private balconies, natural light-filled spaces, and Italkraft Italian cabinetry. Kitchens are equipped with Kraus Kore™ sinks, quartzite countertops, and premium appliances by Sub-Zero and Wolf.
Amenities are tailored to promote physical, mental, and spiritual well-being, including hyperbaric chambers, crystal cave relaxation lounges, and communal bathhouses. The development will also feature a rooftop lounge, signature wellness club, pickleball courts, and spaces designed for holistic well-being.
Construction is scheduled to begin in the fourth quarter of 2025, with completion anticipated in the first quarter of 2028. Douglas Elliman Development Marketing is exclusively handling sales for the project, with an onsite sales gallery expected to open in December 2024.
This project marks the second collaboration between Terra and THE WELL in Miami, following the success of THE WELL Bay Harbor Islands, which is slated to open in the third quarter of 2025. The partnership aims to meet the increasing demand for residences that integrate wellness into their design and amenities, reflecting a broader trend in the real estate market toward health-oriented living environments.
Coconut Grove, known for its vibrant lifestyle and connection to outdoor activities, serves as an ideal location for this development. The neighborhood’s rich history and dynamic future align with the project’s vision of enhancing wellness and fostering community connections.
The rise of wellness real estate is evident, with the Global Wellness Institute estimating the sector to reach $913 billion by 2028, up from $438 billion in 2023.
THE WELL Coconut Grove is poised to become a landmark destination for holistic wellness and luxury living in Miami, offering residents a unique opportunity to live, work, and play in an environment designed to nurture their well-being.
