Miami’s Brickell neighborhood is set to welcome another luxury landmark as developer Ytech officially advances plans for its latest residential tower, Seven Broadway. Designed by the renowned New York-based architectural firm Kohn Pedersen Fox (KPF), with lush landscape architecture by Enea, this project promises to be a refined addition to the city’s ever-evolving skyline.

Ytech recently submitted its development plans to the City of Miami’s Urban Development Review Board, setting the groundwork for what could become one of Brickell’s most notable residential addresses. CEO Yamal Yidios described Seven Broadway as the culmination of years of vision, research, and thoughtful design.

“This residential tower is the result of years of thoughtful study, design refinement, and a deep commitment to creating enduring architecture,” said Yidios. “Our focus remains clear: to design with intention, build with integrity, and uphold an unwavering standard of quality. With the Board’s support, we look forward to contributing to Miami’s architectural evolution – and fulfilling our role in shaping the future it represents.”

A Strategic Site with Prime Potential

The site for Seven Broadway includes two parcels at 41 and 75 Southwest 15th Road—also known as 41 and 75 Broadway—just two blocks west of Brickell Avenue. The 0.3-acre assemblage sits directly across from Mast Capital’s Cipriani Residences and is strategically positioned within walking distance of Brickell’s commercial, residential, and entertainment hubs.

Ytech began assembling the parcels between 2018 and 2020, acquiring the site for approximately $8.2 million. Demolition is currently underway to clear the existing mid-20th-century structures—a single-story multifamily building and a two-story office building—making way for the new high-rise.

Financing the Future

To propel the project forward, Ytech secured a $19.5 million pre-development loan from Israel Discount Bank. This financing milestone underscores investor confidence in Ytech’s vision and in the ongoing strength of the Brickell luxury condo market.

“With the predevelopment loan secured and demolition underway, we are setting the stage for a transformative development at the Broadway assemblage,” said Yidios. “These milestones, along with the recent groundbreaking of The Residences at 1428 Brickell, exemplify Ytech’s commitment to delivering the most exceptional developments in Brickell.”

This news follows the groundbreaking of Ytech’s other major project, The Residences at 1428 Brickell—a 70-story ultra-luxury condo tower that is being celebrated as one of the first high-rises in the world designed to be solar-energy powered. That project is located just a few blocks east and is a strong indicator of Ytech’s ambition and long-term vision for the area.

Details Still Under Wraps

While renderings and full specifications for Seven Broadway have yet to be revealed, the involvement of Kohn Pedersen Fox and Enea suggests a commitment to world-class design, architectural innovation, and a refined urban living experience. If Ytech’s recent projects are any indication, Seven Broadway will likely offer a combination of striking aesthetics, cutting-edge sustainability features, and top-tier amenities aimed at high-net-worth individuals.

A Bright Future for Brickell

The announcement of Seven Broadway adds momentum to a wave of high-end development currently reshaping Brickell. Once known as Miami’s financial district, Brickell has rapidly transformed into one of the city’s most dynamic residential and cultural neighborhoods, attracting global attention and investment.

Ytech’s continued presence in the area, paired with its demonstrated ability to execute ambitious, design-driven projects, positions the developer as a key player in shaping the next generation of Miami luxury living.

As Seven Broadway moves through the approval and pre-construction phases, Miami’s real estate watchers will be keeping a close eye on what promises to be one of the city’s most exciting residential additions.
