Okan Tower Miami Reaches Major Milestone
Okan Tower Miami, a striking addition to Miami’s skyline, has reached its 12th floor as of January 2025. This milestone includes the completion of a 290,000-square-foot parking podium. The development is drawing attention not only for its architectural beauty but also for its strong sales progress, with 60% of its units already sold.
Diverse Appeal to Global Buyers
The Okan Tower has garnered international interest, attracting buyers from Argentina, Mexico, the United States, Colombia, Turkey, Spain, and Denmark. The project’s unique appeal lies in its combination of luxury and mixed-use functionality. Construction is advancing rapidly, with progress averaging one floor per week. Developers have now moved on to the hotel levels of the building.
A Future Icon in Miami’s Skyline
When completed, Okan Tower will stand at 70 stories tall, reaching an impressive height of 902 feet. This will make it one of the tallest buildings in Florida. The tower will house a 316-key Hilton Miami Bayfront Hotel, 236 condo-hotel units managed by Hilton, 163 Sky Residences, and 64,000 square feet of premium Class A office space.
Inspired by Turkish Culture and Designed for the Future
The architectural design by Behar Font & Partners draws inspiration from Turkey’s national flower, the tulip. The project, spearheaded by the Okan Group, reflects both cultural significance and contemporary luxury. Construction began in 2022, with completion anticipated by 2027.
A Reflection of Miami’s Growth
Okan Tower Miami represents more than a building; it’s a testament to Miami’s ongoing evolution as a global hub for real estate investment and luxury living. The project underscores the city’s growing appeal among international buyers and the demand for mixed-use developments in urban spaces.
