Construction is progressing steadily at Una Residences, one of Brickell’s most ambitious and architecturally striking luxury developments. Located on the waterfront, this 47-story tower officially topped off last year and is rapidly approaching completion.
Rising 579 feet, Una is among the tallest buildings in its corner of Brickell, setting a new standard for elegance and innovation. Designed by the internationally acclaimed firm Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture—renowned for visionary projects like the Jeddah Tower and Chicago’s Waldorf Astoria—Una’s sleek, curvilinear silhouette is inspired by the aerodynamic lines of classic yacht design, fitting for its privileged bayfront location.
The building will house approximately 135 luxury residential condos, offering expansive views of Biscayne Bay and the Miami skyline. Each residence is crafted to deliver a premium lifestyle experience, with floor-to-ceiling glass, private elevator entries, and designer finishes throughout.
Beyond its striking aesthetics, Una Residences is making headlines for its unprecedented engineering achievement: the construction of Miami’s deepest and most expensive underground parking garage. Excavated nearly 50 feet deep and reaching three stories below sea level, the garage can accommodate 236 vehicles and represents a milestone in subterranean construction in South Florida, where groundwater and flood risk present significant challenges.
The development also prioritizes community and waterfront access. A public baywalk is planned along the shoreline behind the property, enhancing pedestrian access to the bay and aligning with the city’s vision for a more connected urban waterfront.
Una is being developed by OKO Group, led by Vladislav Doronin, and Cain International, both known for their ultra-luxury residential and hospitality projects around the globe.
With its top-tier design, forward-thinking engineering, and premium location, Una Residences is poised to become one of Brickell’s most iconic waterfront towers.
